Returns and refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Cobra Padel. Below you can find out how to cancel a purchase, return a product and receive a refund.

1. Cancellation and return periods

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know at info@cobrapadel.com. You then have 14 days to send your order back. If items from one order arrive separately, the cancellation period starts when you receive the last item.

2. Inspecting and returning the product

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may reduce its value. We may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

Pack the product carefully and, where possible, return it in its original packaging with its accessories and tags. Original packaging is not a requirement for your statutory right to cancel. Include your order number or another proof of purchase so that we can identify your return.

3. Registering a return

Email info@cobrapadel.com with your name, order number or another proof of purchase, and the items you wish to return. You may give a reason, but this is optional.

After you contact us, we will send return instructions and a shipping label. Your statutory right to cancel does not depend on our prior approval.

4. Return shipping costs

If you exercise your right to cancel, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping service and, where appropriate, shipping insurance. Keep your proof of postage.

5. No restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Exceptions

There are exceptions to the statutory right to cancel, for example for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised products, and products that deteriorate quickly. An exception applies only to the extent permitted by law.

A discount or a 'final sale' label does not remove your statutory right to cancel. If you are unsure whether an exception applies to an item, please contact us.

7. Exchanges

Would you like a different model or version? You can return the original item for a refund under this policy and place a new order.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Is an item damaged, incorrect or not working as you would reasonably expect? Please contact info@cobrapadel.com. Your rights concerning a faulty product are separate from the cancellation period.

9. Refunds

We will refund you using your original payment method, within 14 days of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

For a full return, we also refund the cost of standard outbound shipping if you were charged for it. Any additional cost for a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery is not refunded. For a partial return, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

We will email you about the refund. Your bank or payment provider may need some processing time before the amount appears in your account. If you have any questions about your refund, email info@cobrapadel.com.
