Thank you for shopping with Cobra Padel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
All original tags are still attached.
The item is in its original packaging.
You can provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to info@cobrapadel.com within 14 days of receipt, including:
Your name
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will send you:
A shipping label
4. Customer Responsibility & Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible paying the return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale merchandise of any kind

Customized or personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Gift cards
If you have questions about whether an item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, you may return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
8. European Union 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Right
If you reside in the EU, you also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, notify us by emailing info@cobrapadel.com within the 14-day window. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (see Section 2).
9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@cobrapadel.com.
